Digital Media and Entertainment Arts: DMEA
This course replaces Computer Art A variety of projects will be posted here as well as all the digital portfolio/sketchbook checks for the year. Below is the syllabus link.

Student Expectations:
Students are expected to explore, plan projects out/storyboard, sketchbook, be creative and original with work, follow directions on the rubrics, do proper layout formats, use professionalism, craftsmanship/neatness, and use advanced critical thinking skills. This class will be challenging as it takes practice to become proficient in photoshop. Use the force and become a digital arts master! Regarding file management and deadlines: It is the student responsibility to save their files on their own USB/flash drive as well on their assigned computers daily. Deadlines will not be changed for lost projects or assignments and will still be expected to be turned in on time. Projects not turned in properly will not be graded and receive a zero. Projects turned in late will receive 10 points off a day. Assignments over a week late will receive a grade of F. If you miss class/need more time to meet a deadline: Please see Mrs. Jones to setup a time as it is the students responsibility to meet deadlines for all assignments. After and before school times can be planned as well as working during lunch. If an extenuating circumstance occurs please inform Mrs. Jones to work out details. Computer/Equipment Privileges: A signed computer lab agreement must be returned to Mrs. Jones before students will be permitted to use the technology. Students will be assigned the same computer and tablet for the length of the class. In the event that a student does not comply with the policies the student will not be permitted to use any technology for the duration of the class. In addition if a student loses privileges for the day the student will receive a zero for participation that day. Student Surveys Pre-Assessment .Tutorial grade to post Photography technique practice on your weebly in your blog. Assignment will be posted in the Bob Blog.
